1 head of iceberg lettuce
1 large green pepper
1 tomato
1 lb. ground beef
1 can of sliced black olives, drained
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese (1 bag)
1 packet of McCormick Original Taco Seasoning
3/4 bottle of thousand island dressing
Nacho Cheese Doritos

Directions:
Directions:
1.) On medium high brown ground beef, drain after cooking. Transfer ground beef to a small bowl; stir in 1/2 the packet of taco seasoning. Refrigerate to cool completely.
2.) Chop lettuce,and put in a large salad bowl. Add tomato, green pepper, cheese, olives and cooled ground beef.
3.) In a small bowl stir together the other 1/2 of the taco seasoning packet and the thousand island salad dressing.
4.) When you're ready to serve, mix salad dressing into the prepared salad. Crunch up the bag of Doritos and sprinkle some on top.
