2½ bags Chester's Butter Puffed Corn Snacks
1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
½ cup light corn syrup
½ teaspoon baking soda
2 large disposable roasting pans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250°F

Spray both roasting pans with Pam and divide popcorn between the two. In medium saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add baking soda. Stir well, mixture will begin to foam and expand. Immediately pour over corn and quickly stir until well coated. Put pans into preheated over, bake for 45-50 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes or so. Don’t overcook or the sugar will burn. When done, stir a little while it’s cooling, this will help to separate the corn. If you don’t do this, you will have one big caramel corn chunk! Store in airtight container.
