½ cup rice
1 quart milk (1 can evaporated milk + milk)
½ cup sugar
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Spray crock-pot with Pam. Combine rice, milk, sugar, and salt inside crock-pot. Set on high and cook for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add nutmeg and continue to cook for additional 3 hours or until thick.
