SALAD;
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
1-2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1/3-1/2 head cabbage, shredded
DRESSING:
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c water
1/2 c vinegar
1 T mustard seed
1 T celery seed
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat dressing ingredients to a boil. Cool then pour over shredded veggies including cabbage. Liquids need to just barely cover cabbage. Let sit 24 hours or at least 8 hours. Store in refrigerator until time to serve.
