1 t. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix ( Buttermilk Recipe)
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/4 t. coarse black pepper
1/8 t. paprika
1/8 t. garlic powder

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well. Cover bowl and chill dressing for at least 30 mins. before serving.

Makes 1 1/2 cups.

Make sure you are using the Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix that says "Buttermilk Recipe." It's the one that comes in 0.4 oz. packets. Any other mix won't work as well for this Outback clone. :-)
