1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 heaping Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
Directions:
Directions:
Heat vinegar in large, heavy saucepan.

Mix (by hand) sugar, dry mustard, salt, flour, eggs and buttermilk in a bowl.

Beat well.

Pour mixture into hot vinegar, cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.

Mix with Miracle Whip and a little cream for salads.
