1/2 Head Lettuce
1 c Chopped Celery
2 Green Onion Tops or Chives
1 Tbsp Parsley
1 can Mandarin Oranges

1/4 c. Sliced Almonds
3 Tbsp Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cook almonds and sugar over low heat and cool.

Dressing:
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/4 c. Oil
1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
2 Tbsp Wine Vinegar
Pour over salad just before serving.
