Green Leaf Lettuce
Grilled boneless, skinless, chicken (2) thighs or (1) breast
1 Small Tomato
1/4 Onion sliced
1/2 Seedless Cucumber
2 Hard Boiled Eggs
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
24-30 French Fries (baked, NOT fried!!)

Directions:
Directions:
Grill chicken to taste ...... (BBQ is actually great for this salad)
Cut up lettuce (approx. 6 leaves), divide and place on two plates
Take 1/2 of cheese and sprinkle over lettuce
Add tomato, onion, cucumber and egg.
Slice (or cube) chicken, divide 1/2 for each and layer over salad.
Divide French fries, 1/2 for each salad, layer over chicken
Sprinkle remaining cheese over fries.

Add your favorite dressing and enjoy!!!!
