4 chicken thighs
2 eggs
Flour
Seasoned Salt
Onion Powder
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º Dip chicken in lightly beaten eggs. Roll chicken in flour (cover well), place on baking sheet with sides. Put a pat of butter on each piece of chicken. Generously sprinkle: Seasoned Salt, Onion Powder and Pepper over chicken. Bake uncovered for 45-60 minutes until chicken is golden brown.
