9 c. fresh corn (cut off the cob) 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 c. water
Put all ingredients into a large roaster or kettle. Cook on medium heat until it starts to boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool. Pack into zip lock freezer bags or other freezer containers.

I do about 4 batches and we have enough to enjoy all winter long.
