2 eggs, beaten
¼ c. ketchup
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar Cheese
¼ c. onion, finely chopped
2 T. grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 lb. ground chuck
12 bacon strips

In a bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients: eggs, ketchup, sauce, cheese, and onion. Add the beef and mix well with your hands. Shape into 2 ( 6") rolls. Place 6 bacon strips side by side on a large sheet of waxed paper or plastic cutting board. Place one beef roll over the bacon. Roll up, wrapping the bacon around the roll; secure with toothpicks. Repeat for the second roll. Place in ungreased 9x13" baking dish. Bake at 375º F. for 45-50 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160º F. Remove from pan and drain on a wire rack until ready to serve.
