"The tradition of Italian cooking is that of the matriarch. This is the cooking of grandma. She didn't waste time thinking too much about the celery. She got the best celery she could and then she dealt with it."--Mario Batali

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8lb pork shoulder/ Boston butt/ picnic cut
Juice of 2 fresh oranges (it’s ok to add the pulp too)
Juice of 2 limes
2 tbsp of cumin
2 tbsp of garlic salt
2 tbsp of paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all of the dry ingredients and rub them in to all sides of the pork, and place it in slow cooker.

Squeeze the juices from the lemon and the orange.

Cook for 10+ hours. If it does not fall off the bone like mine did than keep cooking it for another 1-2 hours. Once cooked through the pork should easily shred with a fork, which is probably easiest to do in the crock pot.

I made this and used it in tacos with the tortillas (recipe found in bread section) and some Sirachi Slaw, which you can be as easy as adding mayo and sirachi sauce to shredded cabbage - best tacos ever!
