3 C. sugar
2 T. cocoa powder
3/4 C. milk
1/2 stick margarine
12 oz. peanut butter
7 oz. Marshmallow Fluff

Fluff is such wonderful stuff!!!!!

Cook first four ingredients on low-medium heat until it starts to boil. Boil 5 mins. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and marshmallow fluff. Put in buttered pan (my preference is a metal pan). Cool thoroughly and cut into squares.

My Mom Betty, whom I miss very much, loved fudge. Any flavor of fudge, good fudge, gritty fudge, burnt fudge - you get the idea. When she couldn't get out to get any (fudge, remember), I would make this for her. It's easy and basically fail proof. I was her hero!
