10-12 potatoes, cubed
1 bag (1 pound) frozen broccoli
2 cups celery, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 cup butter
1½ cups flour
8 cups milk
pepper to taste
2 pounds Velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, broccoli, celery and onion in a large crock pot. Cover with water and cook on low heat until tender. Make a white sauce by whisking together butter and flour in a large saucepan until smooth. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Continue cooking slowly until smooth and thickened. Add pepper to taste. Add cheese to completed white sauce and stir until melted. Return to the crock pot and drain most of the water from the vegetables. Add the cheese sauce. Stir and serve.
