8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
4 oz. chipped beef
2 T. horseradish
Dash: celery salt, garlic salt, onion salt
Directions:

Blend all with mixer. Shape into ball and refrigerate. May roll in parsley.

Roll this ball in parsley for Christmas and garnish with a small artificial red poinsettia or holly.
