1 1/4 C. Oil
6 T. Vinegar
2 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1/4 tsp. Paprika
3/4 tsp. Sugar
1 1/2 T. Ketchup
1 1/2 T. Chili Sauce
1 T. Lemon Juice
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
2 cloves of Garlic, presssed
dash of Celery Salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and beat with egg beater or mixer until smooth and well blended.
Makes about 1 1/2 Cups dressing.

The note on the recipe says Claude, San Diego. This must have been a note to Mimi that my grandfather Papa had this dressing while they lived in San Diego or while visiting and he liked it so much so got the recipe. She was a people pleaser for sure and no one was harder to please than Papa!
