2 C crushed Graham Crackers
6 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 C melted Butter

Filling:
3 cups fresh or frozen huckleberries
2 cups whipping cream*
1 3-oz. pkg wild cherry Jell-o
4-5 cups mini marshmallows
1/4 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together graham crackers and powdered sugar. Add melted butter, mixing well. Reserve 4-5 tbsp for garnish. Press crumb mixture firmly into 9x13 baking dish. Set in fridge to cool while making filling. In a large pan, pour 1 cup boiling water over jello, stirring until dissolved. In Microwave, melt marshmallows with the milk, heating and stirring in 20 second increments, so as not to burn. Let cool. Add crushed berries to jello, let chill till thickened like heavy syrup, pour over cracker crust. Whip the cream and add cooled marshmallow mixture, spoon over the berries. Sprinkle with garnish. Chill till ready to serve. Can be prepared ahead of time.

This recipe came from my Mother's family (the Bills') cookbook written back in the early 1970's. It is my Aunt Ethyl Bills Butikofer's recipe, but has been modified to more modern methods.

*Cool Whip can be used in place of the whipping cream, but it just isn't the same.
