1 c. cubed watermelon
2 oz. light rum
6-10 mint leaves
1 T. sugar
1 tsp. lime juice
Lemon lime soda

Directions:
Directions:
Add 1 c. cubed watermelon to a blender and puree. Stir in 2 oz. light rum. Reserve. In a small bowl, muddle 6-10 mint leaves, 1 T. sugar, and 1 tsp. lime juice. Stir into watermelon mixture. Pour into an ice filled glass. Top with lemon lime soda. Garnish with extra mint.
