1 package (.9 oz.) Hollandaise sauce
4 slices Canadian bacon
2 T. butter
6 eggs
2 T. chopped chives
4 English muffin
1 tomato sliced
Paprika to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare 1 package of Hollandaise sauce as directed. In skillet, cook 1 T butter 30 seconds, add 4 slices Canadian bacon, cook 1 minute turning once, remove. Heat 1 T. butter 30 seconds, add 6 eggs lightly beaten and 2 T. fresh chopped chives. Cook 4 minutes. Toast English muffin, top with bacon, sliced tomato and eggs, drizzle with Hollandaise, sprinkle with paprika
