"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1 pt. sour cream

1 clove garlic, minced

Directions:
Thaw hash browns. Combine all ingredients in a very large mixing bowl, adding just enough milk to help with the stirring process. Use a wooden spoon and stir lightly so as not to mush up the hash browns. Once all stirred up, taste. Add more salt, pepper, and garlic to your liking. Spread potato mixture into a glass baking dish with a cover. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes or until the top is a nice golden brown.
