4 c. cooked white rice
1 package Hillshire Farm smoked sausage, sliced thin diagonally
2 T. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, sliced thin
1 large red bell pepper, sliced thin
10 oz. frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1/2 c. chicken broth (or water)
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add smoked sausage and cook until browned. Add garlic, onion, bell peppers and broccoli and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add rice, broth and tomato sauce. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve topped with cheese.
