1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons milk
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
2 (l ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
¼ teaspoon vanilla
dash of salt
3 cups miniature marshmallows (can use colored if you like)
coconut, flaked

Directions:

Combine cream cheese and milk. Gradually add powdered sugar. Stir in melted chocolate, vanilla, and salt. Fold in marshmallows. Drop rounded teaspoons of mixture in coconut. Toss until coated and place on baking sheet. Chill until firm.
