1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
2 eggs
4 cups flour
1 cup chopped nuts
butter cream frosting - optional
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars, shortening, eggs & vanilla. Add pineapple & dry ingredients. Mix well. Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400º until browned. Cool and frost if desired.
