4 oz green tea
2 qrts water
Juice of 9 oranges
Juice of 9 lemons
1 lb & ½ c brown sugar packed
2-10oz jars maraschino cherries-drained
2-50 oz bottles Rhine or Catawba wine
1 qt rum
1 qt rye whiskey
1 qt gin
1-25 oz bottle brandy
½ c. Benedictine
Champagne or club soda, chilled

Directions:
Directions:
Mix tea and water; let stand over nite. Stir in juices and strain.
Combine all other ingredients except champagne or soda in a 3 gallon glass container.
Cover and let ferment 6 weeks. Strain stock and pour into bottles. Chill as needed.
At serving time dilute each gallon of stock with 1 qt champagne or soda and pour over ice. Makes about 2 ½ gallons
