Ingredients:  
7 potatoes,
3 T. heavy cream,
3 T. butter,
3 T. honey
pinch salt.
3 cups plain flour

Directions:
Directions:
Steam potatoes, add cream, butter honey and salt-mix well.
Add flour until dough is no longer sticky. (like bread dough )
Take out ¼ cup and roll out into round shape on floured towel to 1/8 inch thick.
Place on lightly greased cast iron skillet, bake 1 minute each side.
