2 Pkg Yeast
4 C Warm Water
1 C Powdered Milk
1 C Sugar
1 C Oil
1 Tbsp Salt
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
11 – 12 C Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add milk, sugar oil salt, baking powder and baking soda; beat at medium speed until well blended. Gradually stir in enough flour to make a soft dough. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hrs.
Punch down and divide dough in two. Turn out one half at a time on a lightly floured surface and kneed until smooth and elastic. Form into balls, cover and let rise until warm, for about 40 minutes or until doubled. Bake at 375* for 10 – 15 minutes.
