2/3 cup Crisco
1 1/3 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 1/3 cup Plain Flour
1 t. Baking Powder
½ t. salt
¾ cup milk
1 T. grated Orange Rind
1 t. Grated Lemon Rind
1 t. lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Beat Crisco, eggs and sugar for 3 minutes on high speed. Add milk, flour, juice and rinds at low speed. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350* for 80 minutes.
