3 c. flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp + 1 ½ Tsp baking powder
3/4 Tsp cream of tartar
¾ Tsp salt
¾ c Crisco
1 egg, beaten
¾ c milk

Directions:
Blend dry, cut in Crisco, add egg and milk; knead 8 or 10 times. Roll out on floured surface and cut. Put on ungreased sheet and bake for 15 min at 450*
