Crust
1 pack cinnamon graham crackers-
3 tbsp melted butter

Cheesecake
3 packages cream cheese softened
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp vanilla
5 eggs

Topping
1 1/2 pints (24oz) sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
food coloring

Crust
Chop graham crackers in food processor. Add melted butter and blend together. Press crumbs on bottom of spring form pan.

Cheesecake
Blend cream cheese with sugar to a creamy texture with no lumps. Add eggs and vanilla and pour into pan. Cook at 350 degrees. Make sure top is brown.

Topping
Mix sour cream and sugar and vanilla. Mix with spoon. Pour over top of cake and bake for 5 minutes.

Mix topping with food coloring and drizzle on top of cake.

Chill overnight
