2 eggs separated
2 C half & half
1/3 C sugar
1/4 C cherry brandy
1/4 tsp almond extract
dash salt
2 T powdered sugar
1C whipping cream, whipped
1 1/3 C chopped Bing cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks., half & half, granulated sugar, brandy, extract, salt until smooth. Pour into 4 Quart metal bowl. Freeze.

Once frozen beat again until smooth.

Beat egg white, whipped cream, cherries. Fold into egg yolk mixture. Freeze until slushy. Beat again til smooth.

Freeze til firm.

Grandma made this in an ice cream maker. This was fun after family dinners. Many years ago we had one with a hand crank. We took turns working the crank.
