2 c + tsp pastry flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp coarse salt
2 sticks + 3.5 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 1/4 c packed brown sugar
1/4 c + 2.5 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs
1 1/2 c salted peanut butter
1 milk chocolate bar

Directions:
Directions:
Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating well. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Beat until blended. Add dry ingredients in 3 batches beating slowly. Blend in chocolate pieces. Using ice cream scoop, put 6 scoops per baking sheet. Bake 15-18 minutes at 350 until puffed and pale golden around edges. Cookies do not look done...do not overbake!
