1 lb. hamburger
2 onions, chopped (2 sm or 1 med OK)
1 c. celery chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 c. uncooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 1lb. ONLY of hamburger in shortening until crumbly.
ADD: 2 onions, chopped (2 sm or 1 med OK)
1 c. celery chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 c. uncooked rice

Mix well. Put in large greased casserole. Bake covered 30 min at 350°. Bake uncovered 30 min. more.

*She double underlined "NO". No spread 1 can only of Chinese noodles on top. Bake 15 min more. (omit until ready to eat).

Put cookie sheet underneath, use tin foil
