1 pkg. rigatini pasta
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
6 tbsp butter
6 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper
2 cups milk 1%
buttered bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta. While pasta is cooking, melt butter, stir in flour, pepper and salt. Add milk gradually. Continue cooking until thickened. Add cheese and continue to cook until the cheese is melted.

Combine cooked macaroni with the sauce and pour into greased casserol. Top with buttered bread cubes and bake in oven for 30 minutes.
