5 quarts Cucumbers
1 full quart Pickling Onions
1 full quart Green Tomatoes
1 full quart Vinegar
1 full quart Water
1 full quart Sugar
6 tsp. Mustard
1 tsp. Turmeric
1 tsp. Celery Seed
2 Tbsp. Pickling Spice

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle cucumbers and onions with salt. Let stand overnight. Boil onions 10 or 15 minutes. Let spices boil in vinegar, then add tomatoes, then cucumbers. Let boil until almost done then add mustard. Boil till tender and bottle.
