Monkey Bread Recipe

3 cups flour
4 tsp baking bowder
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup cold butter
1 1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
6 tbsp. butter, melted

Directions:
Heat oven to 375º; grease a nonstick fluted tube pan
In a mixing bowl, stir together flour, baking powder & salt.
With a table knife,cut the butter into small pieces; use your fingertips to pinch the butter into the flour mixture until the lumps of butter are about the size of peas; stir in milk.
Turn the dough onto a floured surface & knead it for about 5 seconds.
Pull off pieces of the dough & shape them into 2 1/2 to 3 dozen golf-ball pieces.
Mix the brown sugar, white sugar & cinnamon together; one at a time
dip the dough balls into melted butter & roll them in sugar mixture;place them in prepared pan stack them on top of one another until the pan is full.
Bake the bread for 20 to 25 minutes. You can tell if the bread is ready by sticking a toothpick in it, if it comes out clean the bread is done.
Cool about 10 minutes. Loosen sides of pan with spatula. Turn the bread out of the pan by placing a plate over the pan, holding the plate & pan together securely & flipping them over. Slowly lift the pan off the plate & release the monkey bread . Pull pieces from it & ENJOY!!!
