1/2 pint thick cream
6 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beaten eggs with cream and salt. Add flour to make a soft dough. Mix for about 1/2 hour or until the dough blisters. Take small quantity of dough and roll very thin. Fry in deep fat. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

This is from a recipe book given to my Mother (Darlene) from Grandma Bruderer.

Memory from Michelle Bruderer Fisk:
There are a lot of 'R's in the Bruderer name. When you're in the first grade and have a speech impediment and can't say R's because they sound like W's it's a little traumatizing. But I got over it. Now there's nothing I'm more proud of than being a Bruderer!
