Ingredients:  
2 cans chicken breast (drained, rinsed well) OR 4 chicken breast, cooked thoroughly and cubed/shredded
2 cans water chestnuts (drained and chopped)
2 cloves garlic (pressed)
2 T. EVOO (extra-virgin olive oil)
1-2 t. ground ginger (fresh ginger is good too)

SAUCE:
¼ c. sugar
¼ c. water
¼ c. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the garlic and water chestnuts in oil. Add chicken and ginger. Heat through.

Mix together sauce ingredients and pour over chicken mixture. Warm together and serve in lettuce leaves to make wrap.
