1 lb. chocolate
2 cups sugar
2 oz. cocoa butter
Vanilla to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the chocolate in top of a double boiler. Add the sugar and mix well. Melt the cocoa butter and stir it in gradually with the Vanilla extract. Remove from heat. Dip each center in the mixture, turn it around and drop on baking sheet. Decorate the top with a twisted strand of chocolate. Nutmeats, candied fruits, coconut or silver dragees may be added for further decoration. Let stand until set.
