2 to 3 pounds Chicken Wings, trimmed and separated
3 Cups Oil, (Peanut or vegetable oil)

Sauce:
1/3 Cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
1/3 Cup Catsup
1/3 Cup Honey
¼ Cup Dales Sauce
2 Tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
¼ Cup Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1.Trim and separate wings
2. Place wings on sheet pan and put into cold oven
3. Turn oven on, set to 350 º
4. Start oil heating
5. When oil reaches approximately 340º remove wings from oven (leave oven on)
6. When oil reaches approximately 350º start frying wings a few at a time
7. Drain each batch, then place on clean sheet pan
8. When all are fried, coat with sauce and place pan in oven
9. After about 10 minutes, turn wings and re-coat with sauce, turn oven off.
10. After about 10 more minutes remove from oven and serve.

To make the sauce: (this is enough for about two batches of wings)
1. Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
2. Pour into storage bottle and refrigerate.
