1 1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 egg
3 tsp vanilla
5 1/4 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar, beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour and baking powder. Roll out to desired thickness and cut into desired shapes. Transfer to parchment prepared cookie sheets. Brush with egg whites and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 375º for 10-15 minutes.
