3 cups sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup butter
1 TBSP glucose
1 cup molasses
4 squares chocolate, chipped
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Place sugar, butter, milk, glucose, molasses, and chocolate in a saucepan and cook, stirring constantly to 252º or to the hard-ball stage. Add the extracts and pour into buttered pan. When cool, cut into pieces with buttered scissors.
