3 lbs chicken breast
2 large eggs
1/4 cup 1% milk
1/2 bread crumbs
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsps salt
1 medium garlic clove
8 tbsp butter
1/3 cup table wine, red
1 package mushrooms, sliced
1/3 cup water
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp parsley dried

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken cutlets into egg mixture; coat with bread crumbs.
Fry cutlets in cooking oil until light brown. In separate sauce pan, put butter, salt, pepper, add parsley, garlic, and mushrooms. Saute until mushrooms are cooked. Add water and wine. Place cutlets in baking pan, pour liquid on top and bake in oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
