3 lb chicken breast
1 medium onion
4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 medium pepper green, sliced
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 piece bay leaf
3 tbsp vegetable oil
crushed tomatoes
garlic
oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into small pieces. Saute chicken in fy pan in 1/4 cup vegetable oil; remove and set aside. Saute onion, mushrooms, and pepper in same fry pan and spices to taste.
