10 inch tube pan
3 cups flour
½ tsp salt
2 ½ tsp baking powder
2 cups white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
¼ cup orange juice no pulp
4 medium apples cored & sliced
2 tsp cinnamon
5 tsp sugar
2 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350º Grease & flour the tube pan
Combine 5 tsp sugar and cinnamon in medium mixing bowl
Combine apples with cinnamon & sugar to coat
In a large mixing bowl combine flour, salt & baking powder, and 2 cups sugar. Stir in vegetable oil, eggs, orange juice, and vanilla
Pour 1/3 batter into pan, spoon ½ apple mixture evenly distributed
Pour next 1/3 batter into pan, spoon ½ apple mixture evenly distributed
Pour last 1/3 batter
Bake for 70 – 90 min. test at 70 because it should be done
