3 cups flour
3 eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar (1/2 for dough & 1/2 for apples)
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ fresh orange squeezed into dough
1 tsp lemon juice
Add a little flour to apples so they don’t get too soggy

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Mix together all dry ingredients except for sugar to make the dough and break into 2 parts (one for bottom layer and one for the top)
Squeeze orange & lemon juice into dough
Add oil & eggs and pinch of salt to dough
Put a little flour on the bottom of the pan with a little oil
Roll dough and lay it flat on top of the flour & dough (9 x 11 baking pan)
Mix apples, sugar & flour and place on top of the dough
Roll out top layer of dough and brush with sugar, cinnamon & a few drops of water
Bake about 60-75 min –top layer should be brown
