1 lb Dates
4 Squares Chocolate
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
2 TBSP boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Wipe dates and extract pits through a small slit. Grate the chocolate into a small saucepan; add the sugar, boiling water and vanilla extract, and heat without boiling until smooth; keep mixture fluid by sitting saucepan in a pan of boiling water. Fill dates with the chocolate mixture. Let stand to harden.
