5 c. warm water
½ c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
2 T. .salt
2 c. warm water
2 eggs
3 T. yeast
14-20 c. flour

Directions:
Mix 5 c. water, sugar, oil, and salt. In separate bowl, combine 2 c. water, eggs, and yeast. Beat until foamy and combine with other ingredients. Add 14 to 20 cups flour until elastic and not sticky. Place upside down in oiled bowl. Let raise 1 hour. Knead 5 minutes to beat down. Let raise again until double 45 minutes to an hour. Knead down. Place in pans. Raise until double. Bake at 350° 35 – 40 minutes.
