2 cups flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp, baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 cup raisins
Icing:
1/2 cup confectionery sugar
2 tsp. milk
nut, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Make well in center. Add sour cream, 2 T milk, egg, raisins, stirring until just combined (may need to add a bit more milk).
3. On floured surface, knead 8 to 10 times. Dough will be soft. Pat dough to 1/2 inch think. Cut with biscuit cutter dipped in flour.
4. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly on wire racks.
5. Mix ingredients for icing. I usually double the amount of icing. Drizzle over biscuits and immediately sprinkle nuts on top..
