2 tbsp. yeast
2 1/2 cups warm water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. oil
6 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 2 T yeast in 2 1/2 cups warm water.
Add 2 T sugar, 1 T salt, 3 T oil.
Add 4 cups flour, mix.
Work in last 2 cups of flour or until dough is soft, not sticky.
Knead.
Makes 3 French-type loaves. Let rise on cookie sheets...can sprinkle corn meal on sheets to keep loaves from sticking once baked.
Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
