20 quart pot
8-10 lbs. hamburger
3 quart jars tomatoes
6 cloves garlic
2 med. onions
4 cups celery
2 cans tomato soup-10 ¾ oz. each-fill with water to clean out remaining soup from can
1 40 oz. can Great Northern white beans (blend to paste)-put a little water in bean can to clean out then put liquid in pot
5 quarts of red kidney beans
2 green peppers
Pepper, garlic salt and Italian seasoning to taste
¼ cup of chili powder-heaped
¼ teaspoon ground red pepper
¼ cup of brown sugar

Directions:
Put tomatoes, tomato soup, water from tomato soup cans in pot & simmer on stove. Mix

Blend 1 can of white beans until smooth & add to pot. Blend onions & garlic until smooth add to pot. Mix

Cut up 4 cups of celery, blend until smooth & put in pot. Mix all ingredients in pot

Add small amount of Italian seasoning. Mix

Add ¼ heaping cup of chili powder. Mix

Add ¼ teaspoon of ground red pepper; add ¼ cup of brown sugar to pot. Mix

Begin to cook hamburger, brown in skillet, season with garlic salt, pepper, & Italian seasoning. When cooked, drain off grease & put hamburger in pot. Cook chili for 1 1/2 hours at simmer.

Add red kidney beans. Mix

Add to chili. Stir and continue cooking for 30 minutes; turn heat off. Add green peppers after heat has been turned off
